Overview

Pro GRP Topcoat from Cromar is a dark grey, isophthalic acid-based, UV-resistant, weatherproofed fire-retardant topcoat for your roof. It is recommended for use on small or large flat roofs where building regulations specify a fire-retardant system is needed. 

This product is from the and is not a standalone waterproofing solution, however, when used as a topcoat to a Cromar Roofing Resin roof, it will enhance the final product.

Application

The Cromar Pro GRP Topcoat is ideal for use on small or large flat roofs where building regulations specify a fire-retardant system is needed and is suitable for heavy foot traffic whilst it’s being applied as it is load-bearing. This product can be applied using application rollers and laminating brushes, 1 to 2 cold-applied coats should suffice. 

It’s important to note that this product is not recommended to act as a stand-alone product, as it is primarily an aesthetic product.
